There are two key tips when it comes to properly opening your hot tub cover. The first is to lift the handle on the cover and the skirt at the same time. Doing this will avoid a suctioning effect which can damage your cover. The second tip is to carefully shift your cover from the hot tub onto the lifter as gently as possible. Try to avoid bouncing or shaking the cover. Doing these two simple things should help extend the life of your hot tub cover and keep it in fantastic working-condition.
