Smoke a 20 lb turkey or use the 3 racks and cold smoke cheese in the analog electric smoker. The newly designed Memphis Ultimate 2.0 now allows for a faster assembly so you can get cooking sooner! If that weren’t enough, the Memphis Ultimate 2.0 also comes equipped with tool hooks, a side shelf for preparation, and locking caster wheels for mobility.
